How to Order Back Issues
Some back issues of the AOC are still available (see below). Back issues
cost $12 each to members of the Society for the Anthropology of Consciousness and $14 each
to nonmembers (click here for information on how to join SAC).
Shipping is by 4th class, so be sure to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. For
1st class delivery, add $3 for orders up to $19.99, $4 for orders up to $34.99, $6 for
orders up to $49.99, and $7 for orders over $50. A discount of 25% discount is
available for purchase 10 or more copies of the same issue.
Orders may be placed in the following manners:
- call 703/528-1902, ext. 3031, and charge to VISA or MasterCard.
- fax a request to 703/528-3546, attn: Book Orders. Include a VISA or MasterCard
number, along with expiration date.
- e-mail a request to Book Orders, orfa@aaa.mhs.compuserve.com.

- write to Book Orders, American Anthropological Association, 4350 North Fairfax Drive,
Suite 640, Arlington, VA 22203-1620. Include a personal check or money order made
